Terms of Service Overview

By using this website, you agree to all terms of service listed below. Elements within this Terms of Service policy are subject to change without notice and at the discretion of the management at KVT Fine Art.

Due to the custom nature of the product, refunds/replacements are not allowed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and finalizing their design. Once the design is submitted and the order is placed, no changes to the design or product details can be made.

All orders are printed and prepared as specified in the order details submitted by the user.

Payment is required in full prior to processing orders.

KVT Fine Art reserves the right to deny service to anyone at its own discretion. Full payment submitted to KVT Fine Art will be returned to the payee at that time.

All illustration assets and any combination herein are property of KVT Fine Art. Reselling, reprinting or reproducing any aspect of the design illustration(s) is strictly prohibited. Contact kvtfineartshop@gmail.com to inquire about bulk orders.

All prices include formatting and getting the artwork ready for print. Shipping costs may be added where applicable.

Discounts and sales cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before notice of the discount or sale was posted.

The customer’s billing and shipping information will appear on the order review and confirmation page as well as the invoice/receipt after an order is placed. This information is never shared or sold. Customers are responsible for reviewing and ensuring KVT Fine Art receives the complete and correct address information for shipping purposes. KVT Fine Art is not responsible for items such as prints or cards lost during shipping.

KVT Fine Art reserves the right to control access, remove, store, or display text and designs created by users regardless of the user’s current registration status or who provided the content.

Secure Shopping

KVT Fine Art guarantees a secure shopping experience with at least a minimum of 256-bit encryption with all transactions. This means any credit or debit card transaction information is not visible or readable to any person at any time making it more secure than a transaction conducted offline.

KVT Fine Art does not store credit card numbers beyond the last few digits of the card being used in the transaction. Any future transactions the customer requests are based upon a bank-issued transaction number assigned specifically to this site and the customer’s order.

Liability

KVT Fine Art is not liable for any damage that may occur to the product during the shipping process nor once it reaches its shipping destination. KVT Fine Art is not liable for damage or injury to items, animals, or people caused by the prints due to negligent, reckless, knowing, or intentional actions by any person.

By purchasing from KVT Fine Art, the customer assumes all responsibility for damages or injuries caused by the print once it reaches its shipping destination.

Shipping and Delivery

KVT Fine Art usually will have orders completed and delivered within 6 to 11 business days. Factors that may delay the delivery of an order within that time frame may include weather, order size, equipment malfunctions, or disaster.

Customers that have not received their orders within 14 business days may contact KVT Fine Art for an order status check. International orders may take longer than 6 to 11 working days and are dependent upon the shipping schedule of the courier used. Shipping charges may be based on the total amount of an order in order to cover the cost of parcel weight, size, destination, and packaging.

Please Note the Following on Delayed Shipping

Since UPS will sometimes leave packages at the front door of residences without a signature or after business hours, customers are responsible for ensuring a person is present to receive the order.
